You can not ignore these delicious sweet soups, right !

1. Sweet Potato Soup Dessert (Chè khoai lang)

Ingredients:

  • 300g sweet potatoes
  • 100g coconut milk
  • 20g fat meal
  • 100g sugar

Implementation:

Sweet potatoes are whittled peel and are cut square pieces.Bring a haft of sweet potatoes to hard-boiled,to grind sweet potatoes to dust. The remainder of Sweet potatoes are boiled then to pour them  into mixture of sweet potatoes have crushed .


 Add sugar with sweet potatoes in the pot,bring to boil over medium high heat. Combine fat meal  with water, pour the mixture slowly and stir until the sweet soup thickens.Pour coconut milk in the pot, stir and then shut the kitchen stove.


2. Indian taro and Green Bean Sweet Soup (Chè đậu xanh khoai môn).

Ingredients:

  • 300g green beans
  • 200g Indian taro
  • Sugar, coconut milk.


Implementation:

Combine a part of coconut milk with 2 parts of water then to boil the  mixture, then pour the green beans in the pot to boil about 10 minutes. Add taro to boil until cooked. The next,add some sugars in the pot .It depends on your  taste. To ladle sweet soup out into glasses or small bowls.Severed with coconut milk.

3. Bà Ba sweet soup

Ingredients:

  • 50g bush-beans.
  • 50g Black beans
  • 50g small red beans.
  • 40g green beans
  • 30g Seaweed 
  • Coconut milk, refined sugar,1 ripe banana is peeled,1 cooked sweet potatoes,roasted peanuts.

Implementation:

Combine a part of coconut milk with 2 parts of water then to boil the  mixture,pour all the kind of beans to boil until cooked beans. Add  some sugars and then pour bananas and sweet potatoes into the pot which are cut into pieces. The last ,add a little coconut milks into the  pot.

This dish can be served warm or cold.Served with roasted peanuts and Coconut milk which are showed  on the top  of sweet soup.

4.Violet blutinous rice sweet soup (Chè nếp cẩm)

Ingredients:

  • 150g Violet blutinous rices
  • 100g coconut milks
  • 100g sugars
  • 5ml banana essential oil.


 Implementation:

To wash the violet blutinous rices, and then pour them into a saucepan,to simmer the violet blutinous rices. When the violet blutinous rices are cooked , add some sugars and coconut milks and stir well, bring to boil again, add banana essential oil into the pot and shut the kitchen stove.


Then you ladle it out into the bowls, the soup can be garnished with coconut milks.

5. Black sesame sweet soup (Chè vừng đen)

Ingredients:

  • 100g Black sesame 
  • 50g "mochi"
  • Sugar
  • Milk



Implementation:

Pour "mochi", black sesames, sugars and 1 cup of water in a grinder, to turn on.Then bring to cook over medium heat, cook until the mixture is thick, add a little milk if you want.
