Healthy Stir Fried Chicken with Vegetables (Ga xao rau cu)

A dish is both delicious and nutritious,to balance the nutrilite between protein of animals and protein of vegetables. This is good idea for your family meals.

Processing: 30 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 250g boneless, skinless chicken chests, cut into pieces.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli floret
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into thin strips
  • 1 cup radishes, cut into slices.
  • 1 cup sliced cabbage
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 cup sliced green squash
  • 1 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Cornstarch

Directions:


Step 1
Heat oil in a thick and large skillet.
Add chicken,garlic and oyster sauce in frying skillet,stirring constantly for 10 minutes.
Add broccoli, green peppers,radishes,cabbage,bean sprouts,green squash and green onion in the skillet, to mix all of them.

Step 2
Add salt into the mixture,mix well and fry for 6-8 minutes.
Mix water, soy sauce and cornstarch in small bowl, stir well and add them into the pan.
To continue cooking about 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Note: Vegetables can be cut depends on your favourite as long as they are beautiful.
