Delicious dishes for international Women's Day (8/3)

Today, I'm going to presenting to you a few hearty dishes to receive women on International Women's Day (8/3).

1.Fried Shrimp with Honey


Ingredients:

400g sugpo prawn, 150g fried flour, a chicken egg, 100g lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes to decorate, 1 tablespoon monosodium glutamate, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, cooking oil.
Honey sauce: 4 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 Shallots. To boil all together.

Implementation:

Marinate sugpo prawns with seasoning salt and pepper.To toss the fried flour,eggs and water together.
To dip shrimps in fried flour then fry until they are golden and crisp.
Put shrimp on plate, to sprinkle honey sauce on surface. To decorate with lettuce, tomato, cucumber. It is served when it is still hot.

2. Fried Rice with pumpkin


Ingredients:

300g white rice,150g pumpkin are cut up as tiny cubes pomegranate seed-shaped, 200g sugpo prawn, 3 bulb of garlic,1 green onion, 2 coriander, 2 teaspoons seasoning seeds, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 3 tablespoons cooking oil.

Implementation:

  1. To boil sugpo prawn.To reject sugpo prawn's shell, to retain sugpo prawn's head and tail. Then add pumpkin into the boiling water, boiled. Wash the rice,to put the pumpkin and rice in the pot, cooked.
  2. Stir- fry garlic with oil until it is fragrant. Add eggs and white rice to the pan. Stir well. To season with seasoning seeds.
  3. Add pumpkin, sugpo prawn, green onion, coriander and pepper into the cooked rice, stir well.To scoop the fried rice with pumpkin into the disk,served dish when it is still hot.

3. Baked leg of chicken with apples


Ingredients:

4 leg of chickens, 3 apples, 1/2 onion,2 bulb of garlic, 3 corianders,100g tomato, cucumber, salad to decorate, 2 teaspoon seasoning seeds, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 3 tablespoons cooking oil.

Implementation:

  1. To switch on the oven at a temperature of 2300C for 10 minutes before grill.
  2. Using a knife to stab all over leg of chicken. Marinate leg of chicken with garlic, seasoning seeds, pepper,cooking oil,and coriander. Showing apples and onion into the inox tray, place the leg of chicken on surface. Then to put it in the oven about 40 minutes.
  3. To put the leg of chicken and apples on the plate, to decorate with tomato, cucumber,salad. Served with lemon salt and pepper or chili sauce.

4. Chocolate and milk agar-agar


Ingredients:

500ml milk, 100g white sugars, 3 tablespoons of chocolate flour, 1.5 teaspoons seaweed flour.

Implementation:

Mix the milk,white sugar,chocolate flour and seaweed flour together.
Boiling until all the mixture dissolve. To reject dregs, then pour into glasses.To keep the cool before using.
