Vegetarian Vietnamese food - Vegetarian Dumplings Recipe

Material:

- 450g rice paper
- 300g white wealth
- 150g bread tapioca (mì căn)
- 20g mushroom
- 70g field cabbage
- 2 slices of bread
- A few slices of cabbage
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 / 3 teaspoon salt
- 1 / 3 teaspoon sugar
- 1 / 2 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
   Sauces:
- 1 / 2 tablespoons tapioca starch
- 2 tablespoons water



Implementation:

Vegetarian Dumplings

  1.  Mushroom soaking water, cut leg of mushroom, so drained, chopped.
  2. Bread crust removed, soaked in water, fish out and drained, chopped.
  3. Thinly sliced Field cabbage, soaked in water for 10 minutes, fish out to dry, minced.
  4. To dip bread tapioca (mì căn) in the boiling water for 5 minutes, rinse with cold water, drained, chopped.
  5. Cabbage leaves for the soft middle, place in the bamboo basket
  6. Saute mushrooms, bread tapioca (mi can), and field cabbage with 2 tablespoons oil, seasonings, bread, and white radish in, stir, pour into sauce, cool, used for intestinal cake.
  7. To dip rice paper into cold water, to pack raw materials in the middle and squeeze in the shape of small dumplings, steamed in cabbage leaves in 10 minutes.
