Ingredients :

  • 10 large black tiger prawns, peeled, split back 
  • 200g fresh squid, washed with salt, sliced
  • 200g scallops horn (còi sò điệp)
  • 200g ground pork
  • 150g wonton
  • 1 liter of water used
  • 0.5 g cat mushrooms, soaked in bloom, cut leg
  • A little small spring onion, cilantro coriander, a little tapioca starch
  • Spices: sugar, pepper, onion, sesame oil, hanufood from the loin meat & Bone Pipe 

Quick Guide:

 When heating water, To fish froth regularly for water used in clear.

Add the sesame oil-less hot soup into the bowl to enhance the flavor dishes.

Method :

  1. Wrap wonton: mix ground pork with a little pepper, ½ teaspoon sugar, head small spring onion of chopped, chopped mushrooms and cat indispensable 1.5 tablespoons hanufood. Then scan up each little meat  wonton and wrapped .
  2. Boiled wonton: Cook in boiling water, the wonton into boiling, fish out into a bowl of cold water.
  3. Finish soup: boil the pot of water, seasoning with ½ teaspoon sugar and 2 tablespoons of seeds from hanufood for taste.
  4. Stir some tapioca starch water and to pour it into soup for a little concentrated . Continue to shrimp, squid, scallops horn, wonton into boiling on low heat about 7 minutes.
  5. Food presentation: lable out a bowl, sprinkle pepper, cilantro. A little sesame oil added to hot soups to enhance flavor dishes.
